Dear Neighbour,
 
          On the Saturday morning of our event, just like a classic garage sale, you will set up a display of your for-sale-goods on your driveway & yard. But unlike a classic garage sale, many of your neighbours will be setting up shop too and hundreds of attendees will be there to shop through out the entire Provinceton neighbourhood!
 
          For the past 15 years, the Katronis Team has hosted Garage Sale events throughout Cloverdale. People in the neighbourhood look forward to this event every year. In 2016, our team had over 80 homes particpate in our event, along with hundreds of attendees. If you have never participated in our event before, 2017 should be the year to start the tradition!
 
          To participate, please just fill out the form to the left, preferably at least 1 week prior to the event (late comers are always accepted though). In the weeks before the event, you will be going through your  things to see what you should to sell. Meanwhile, The Katronis Team will be furiously advertising the event to ensure you have lots of buyers coming by your garage sale. A few days prior to the event date, we will drop off signs and maps at your place.
 
         We are looking forward to seeing you all out there! We have a feeling that this year will be our best year yet.

What We Do For You

Signs
 
A few days before the event, we will drop off a sign or two at your home to help draw attenion to your garage sale.
 
 In addition, our team will be touring around the neighbourhood and will place large signs on all major streets.
Maps
 
Your home will be featured on a custom-designed map featuring all the participants in the neighbourhood.
 
Along with the signs, we will drop off a package of maps that you can hand out to attendees on garage sale day.
Advertising
 
Besides the signage and maps, we ensure that garage sale is a success by advertising the event on multiple platforms. 
 
We notify our database of 2000 people of the event, we have the maps advertised in the Cloverdale Reporter and much more!
